Introduction

This is the Licence Agreement for the PLASMA*PARSEC Software Package.

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE PACKAGE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THE ENTIRE SOFTWARE PACKAGE FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND DESIST FROM ANY USE OF SAID SOFTWARE PACKAGE. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PACKAGE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS.

This Licence Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.

Ownership

This Software Package and associated materials are protected by Copyright Law. The Software Package is a proprietary product of Dark Matter Systems Ltd.

Dark Matter Systems Ltd retains Ownership, Title, Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights of the Software Package and the associated materials.

Decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, hacking and editing of this Software Package should not be attempted and is strictly prohibited.

Distribution

This Software Package must be obtained directly from Dark Matter Systems Ltd either by downloading from http://www.ultradark.com/ or by email from support@ultradark.com.

You must not distribute the Software Package to any other party. Redistribution of the Software Package in any form is expressly forbidden unless authorised in writing by a Director of Dark Matter Systems Ltd.

This software package must not be incorporated within, invoked from, used or distributed as part of another package.

Your Rights

You may install copies of the Software Package on an unlimited number of computers provided that you are the only individual using the Software Package.

You may use the Software Package to create your own software programs which may be freely distributed to other parties. Provided such programs do not contain any part of this Software Package these programs will remain your property and will not be covered by this agreement.

Product Lifetime

This Software Package is vaild for use for a limited period only and will cease to function after a certain duration has elapsed (usually six months to a year). The actual expiry date is obtainable from the Software Package itself.

If further use of the Software Package is required, a new and updated version of the Software Package must be obtained directly from Dark Matter Systems Ltd. This restriction has been implemented to ensure that users of PARSEC always work with a recent version of the product and to monitor the product's use within the software development community.

FURTHERMORE, THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS. Should you use this Software Package to develop any such application, you agree to take all responsibility for any such failures and indemnify Dark Matter Systems Ltd and associated contributors against any and all claims arising from any such failures.

Source Code

The source code for this Software Package may be made freely available to certain agencies in exceptional circumstances. These include, but are not necessary limited to: Defence of the Realm, furtherance of advanced research or other worthy non-commercial cause.
