Welcome to the official Website of Dark Matter Systems Ltd. The UltraDark Website has been in existence since 2000 and after being completely revamped in 2003 is frequently updated with our own software engineering developments, research and insights.

Dark Matter Systems Ltd
Dark Matter Systems Ltd is based in the United Kingdom. It was incorporated in 1994 with two objectives. The first was as a vehicle to provide software consulting services to the computer industry.
The second and perhaps more interesting objective was to develop a privately funded CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tool based on the Shlaer-Mellor OOA/RD (Object Oriented Analyst / Recursive Design) method for automatic code generation.
The working name for this product line is "PLASMA", with its individual components given names drawn from Cosmology. Component names have also been chosen to relate to their functionality, such as "PARSEC".
